Sandoq the Shadow is one of my favorite players in the regency of Aegon III. He arguably gave Aegon his first "victory" as a King, and his prowess with his Valyrian curved sword was pretty awesome. But, what happened to him? Did he leave to Lys with Larra Rogare, or did he stick around possibly becoming Aegon's personal bodyguard?

Larra's guard, a former pit fighter named Sandoq the Shadow, emerged to face Amaury and his men. As Sandoq dueled Amaury, he wounded the Kingsguard and then slew another guard. Obviously a slashing-style of sword fighting has to approach that differently than the stabbing motion of a spear, but that's where Sandoq's experience & weaponry come into play. Sandoq would cut him to pieces. It'd be like the Oberyn fight except the guy is huge and won't let up. I'd put money on Sandoq but not a lot.
